Meet The Owner
Chip Shaw’s background in the car wash industry spans over 25 years. As the Corporate Account Manager and Distributor Sales Manager, for Ecolab Blue Coral, he managed the Western US. In his role, he worked with the R&D team to develop chemicals that were effective but safe for the environment, earning a patent in his name. This opportunity to learn all the wide-ranging techniques to clean cars in various regions of the US has served him very well as an expert in the industry. Chip has worked with numerous car wash entrepreneurs throughout his career as a consultant to help them realize their dreams of owning a carwash. He is highly sought after in the industry for his expertise in developing and managing car washes.
However, he sought the ownership of his own business, and he purchased Province Center Carwash in 2019, and rebranded it as Province Car and Dog Wash. Along with his family, they updated the wash with state of the art equipment and introduced neutral detergents to the market.
