Car Wash Mobile App for Fleet Member Service Activation
Taking advantage of our car wash fleet program involves two simple components

You will receive an e-mail invitation from our car wash with login info to a secure Fleet Manager Web portal where you can do the following:
- Configure Your Payment Source on File This payment source will be billed at the beginning of the month for the previous month’s wash usage
- Add/Edit List of Fleet Account Members You will add the names and emails of your drivers
- View Usage of Wash Services Real-time report of current usage on your account
- View Invoices PDF copies of all monthly invoices are listed for your convenience and records
Car Wash Mobile App for Fleet Member Service Activation
Once you add your drivers in the Fleet Manager Web Portal and they receive a welcome email with app login info, they will access the Fleet Account section of the app once onsite at the car wash and select the service they would like to activate. Our system records each service access and is visible to you in real-time in your Web Portal. Your payment source on file will automatically be billed on the first of the month for the previous month’s usage and you’ll receive a PDF.
